Is the attached picture link considered an open fire? If yes, will there be a communal fire where we can make smores with our kiddos? Thanks! Very excited for the event!

John, I’m not sure which link you mean, open fires are not allowed for safety reasons. Weather permitting we may be able to have a community fire.

can you have a fire in a metal fire-pit with a screen?

Nope. No fires. You can cook on a hibachi or propane camp stove but wood fires and hayfields don’t mix.

Is it car side camping?

No, cars and tents are separated for safety. Most camping is within 20′ of your car.

We will be staying offsite and for medical reasons may need to leave and come back at some point during day, how difficult will it be to get to and move our car once parked?

I would recommend leaving your car in day parking to make it easy
