VENDOR REGISTRATION
The Jerry Jam Music Festival will accept vendors who send in a non-refundable payment of $50 and a signed copy of the vendor application. Once your business is approved by Jerry Jam organizers, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the approval of your goods. This confirmation will assure you a space at the festival site, gate entrance, and a campsite space.
All products must be safe. Any problems associated with products are the vendor’s responsibility.
Vendors are responsible for providing documentation of their own insurance and any other food-related documentation required by NH State Law.
It is advisable to bring copies of all necessary documentation to the festival. Please include a description of menus/ products with your application.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have completed the application, you will be directed to the online payment process where you can submit your vendor fee.
I acknowledge and agree to the conditions in this application/ contract and have included the materials necessary to become a vendor at the Jerry Jam Music Festival. I understand that 5% of my gross sales will be given to the Jerry Jam Festival and will I provide my sum to event organizers before the end of the music festival at noon of Sunday, July 29th.
